Our description
One of the most popular accommodations for IerissosGrands' House is a new accommodation, located not far from the sandy beach in Ierissos. The accommodation has a small enclosed yard, with landscaped lawns, gazebo and a barbecue, making it a great choice for a family holiday.
The beach is 250m away, the nearest supermarket is at 50m, while the bakery is 20m away. The center is about 350m away, and the nearest restaurant is at about 100m.
It offers three three-bed, five four-bed and one six-bed apartment.
The apartments are distributed on the ground floor (25m2) and on the first floor (27-28m2). On the second floor there is also a new six-bed apartment with two bedrooms, and the owners also live on that floor.
Three-bed and four-bed apartments are air-conditioned, have TV, internet, balcony or veranda with clothes dryer, mosquito nets and equipped kitchen with two-burner stove and small refrigerator. There is a shower cabin in the bathrooms, except for one apartment that has an unenclosed shower.
Six-bed apartment in the living room with kitchen has a sofa for two people, one bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. The kitchen is equipped with a large stove and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and the bathroom has a shower cabin. The apartment has a side view of the sea from afar.
Bed linen and towels are replaced every five days, while guests themselves take care of the hygiene in their units. There's also a shared washing machine available.
There is a faucet with a hose in each corner of the house.
Pets are allowed on request.
There's no private parking, so guests can park nearby.

Discount
For reservations for period from 01.05.2024 to 10.06.2024, discount of 15 % of total reservation is allowed.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Odličan smeštaj! Prijatni i ljubazni, a nenametljivi vlasnici. Tu su za svaki savet i svaku pomoć. Smeštaj je čist, pozicioniran blizu gradske plaže. A mesto je na tako dobroj lokaciji, da ako su na gradskoj plaži veliki talasi, za jako kratko vreme (7 minuta lagane vožnje) stižete do plaže sa druge strane poluostrava na kojoj je more mirno. Za svaku pohvalu.

Postovani, Zanima me da li imate jednu sobu za cetvoro odraslih ljudi, sa dve odvojene spavace sobe. Naravno moze i 2 apartmana, koji su jedan blizu drugog, u periodu od 10.7. do 25.7.?
